Join us in celebrating our 40th Annual MRA Educational Conference & Trade Show at the Rio in Las Vegas, NV, November 1- 3, 2011. Pre-conference events are Tuesday, November 1, 2011, starting with the 17th Annual Golf Tournament at 10:00 am. This year we are also offering a Clean Marinas Workshop & Field Trip (limited to 25 attendees) on Tuesday, November 1, 2011. The conference officially kicks off that evening with a Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall at 5:30 pm. This year's 40th Annual MRA Educational Conference & Trade Show will offer many new exhibitors as well as those who continue to support us each year. There are seminars for all levels of Marina Operations as well as Boatyards. For those of you who have the Certified Marina Management training, some of the seminars will count towards your continuing educations credits. The Certified Marina Management program is offered by the International Marina Institute a subsidiary of Association of Marina Industries.

| Room Rate | Special MRA Conference Rate: $79 plus tax for Single/Double occupancy Sunday 10/30 through Sunday 11/6. A $30 per guest, per room, per night will apply for each additional person over 2 people regardless of age. Reservations must be received no later than Friday, October 7, 2011. After that, rooms are on a space available basis and the MRA conference rate is not guaranteed. All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit of first night's room and tax charge. Cancellation of reservations, early departures or "no shows" within 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged first nights room and tax to the credit card on file. All reservations must be made individually through the Reservation Department by calling 888.746.6955 and must identify yourself with the group code SRMRA11 to receive the special group rate. Special MRA Conference Rate: $59 plus tax. Rates quoted are net, per room, per night, single or double occupancy. Any deluxe rooms requiring triple or quad occupancy will be surcharged an additional $15.00 per guest, per room, per night. (Children age fourteen and under, in the same room with parents in existing bedding, are free.) All rates are subject to a Clark County room tax, currently twelve (12) percent. There is also a mandatory $6.00 per room, per day Resort Fee, allowing access to the Fitness Center, in-room coffee, unlimited local and 800 calls, free Wi-Fi in Java Vegas Coffee Shop as well as free High-Speed Internet Access in our Business Center. Guestrooms must be occupied and registered to at least one adult who is twenty-one years of age or older. PHOTO IDENTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED UPON CHECK-IN.
