Join us in celebrating our 41st Annual MRA Educational Conference & Trade Show at The NEW Tropicana in Las Vegas, NV, November 6- 8, 2012. Pre-conference events are Tuesday, November 6, 2012, starting with the 18th Annual Golf Tournament at 10:00 am at Spanish Trail Country Club. The conference officially kicks off that evening with a Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
During the conference, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the state of the marina industry, the economic and cultural impact of marinas within their communities, and economic forecasts based on a national and California perspective. Inspirational and motivating speakers will captivate the audience with their insight and accomplishments.
The Trade Show aspect of the conference is recognized as the industry leader in breadth and quality of participating vendors. With over 14,000 square feet of display area and 60 trade exhibitors, all aspect of marina operations, including maintenance, insurance, environmental, dock components, marina design and construction are represented with knowledgeable experts to address attendees questions and needs.
At the conclusion of the conference, there will be an “It's a Wrap” party, to replace the former Awards Dinner. This fun, interactive event will be held Thursday evening in the Nightclub at the Tropicana, serving up a Vegas-style wrap party with all the glitz and glamour.

Renovations include the redesign of every hotel guest room, the casino, the World Famous Pool area, which has been transformed into the Beach Club at Tropicana Las Vegas and all of the public space. The Club Tower is a dedicated, self-contained guest room tower for our exhibit and meeting attendees. It is located directly adjacent to the Convention & Conference Center and allows for greater convenience as well as added networking opportunities for our meeting attendees. | ||||||||
| Room Rate | Special MRA Conference Rate: $75 plus tax (includes resort fee) for Single/Double occupancy Sunday 11/04 through Saturday 11/10. A $25 per guest, per room, per night will apply for each additional person over 2 people regardless of age. Reservations must be received no later than Friday, October 12, 2012. After that, rooms are on a space available basis and the MRA conference rate is not guaranteed. All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit of first night's room and tax charge. Cancellation of reservations, early departures or “no shows” within 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged first nights room and tax to the credit card on file. All reservations must be made individually through the Reservation Department by calling 800.634.4000 and must identify yourself with the group code SMRA12 to receive the special group rate.
