1) BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK – RFQ NO. 913 - DEVELOP AND OPERATE A RECREATION VEHICLE PARK AT DIAMOND VALLEY LAKE
Metropolitan is seeking experienced and qualified respondents to be responsible under a lease (or other) arrangement for the planning, designing, developing, operating and maintaining a Recreation Vehicle (RV) Park at Diamond Valley Lake, Hemet, CA. The intent of this RFQ is to establish a list of pre-qualified firms or teams from which Metropolitan may then solicit a Request for Proposals (RFP).
2) BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK – RFQ NO. 930 - DEVELOP AND OPERATE THE MARINA AT DIAMOND VALLEY LAKE
Metropolitan is seeking experienced and qualified respondents to be responsible under a long-term ground lease (or other) arrangement for the planning, designing, rehabilitating, developing, operating and maintaining a full-service, high-quality marina with a variety of boating services and facilities that will ensure the existing Marina’s long-term viability, at Diamond Valley Lake, Hemet, CA. The intent of this RFQ is to establish a list of pre-qualified firms or teams from which Metropolitan may then solicit a Request for Proposals (RFP).

Second Hand Boat
San Francisco, CA. My work/patrol boat has been given the last rites and due to budget limitations I can’t buy a new one at the moment so I’d like to find a second-hand boat. The one we had was perfect for the bay and well suited for most of what we do. It was aluminum, 22ft, inboard/outboard engine (Volvo), covered cockpit, and walk-around space. Deep V hull. The closest in design I have seen is a utility series 22ft by SeaArk. If you have any resources or suggestions please let me know.Please email sheila@pier39.com
